Hi All
I have purchased activity pack for gotthard 1and 2 I start the download it runs when i open it , it goes on windows media centre ,but how do i find and then run the download
any help appreciated

Hi,

This sounds very erroneous, and must be something to do with your configs in the PC. It souunds like an incorrect alias is being picked up. The downloads should install to your GRR route . Perhaps this is one for GRR to pick up if you can't sort this out -they usually reply in english.

I bet that your PC is trying to open the files as Android package files (or something similar) using WMC.

Don't let the downloader try and install the file. Instead, save the file somewhere you can find it by right clicking on the download icon and selecting "Save As". Once downloaded, use whatever method you normally use to install .apk files.

I'm not sure if the download attempts you made so far have actually saved the files on your PC....try searching for a My Downloaded Files folder...or for a partial file name.
