Route Riter problem

Post by glasgowworks »

I can't use the Route Riter, because the error message replaces what I want to do. I launched and the error appears:

"An error No.75 Path/file access error occurred while loading the main Route_Riter screen.
Check Reports\Startup.log for possible errors."

I then accepted the ok button then the full program appears. I clicked Program Files and An error message appears: "Invalid character entered in FILTER string."

Accepted ok then another box appears:
"Run-time error '9':
Subscript out of range."

Route Riter terminates and I can't use it. I'm with Windows Vista. Any help why this is happening? Also does anyone know what:"Run-time error '9': Subscript out of range" message mean?

Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers

So did you look in D:\Program Files\Route_Riter\Reports (or wherever you installed Router Riter too and check the startup.log file ? If so what did it say ?
Kindest regards

1. http://msts.steam4me.net/Route_Riter/index.html#error may help.
2. Do you run Route Riter as administrator?
