54 rar files
If you have files with an rar extension then they havent been unpacked correctly by winrar or winzip or whichever utility you used to unzip the files.

I must ask - from where did you obtain the Dorset Coast route files? None of the ones in the UKTS download library are rar files - they are all compressed in zip format....
Which program do you normally use to unpack compressed files?

So have you tried to unpack these rar files?
The Dorset Coast route normally unpacks by selecting C:\ (or whatever drive you have MSTS installed on) as the default location, then everything automatically unzips into the correct folders in your MSTS installation.

As the readme files says, you need to install UK finescale track for the route to work. You can get the latest version from here:
 | | | UK FineScale V3.1.6 [16893867 bytes] - ukfs_v3.1.6_full.exe File ID: 11889 Date: 20 Mar 2005 - 26279 Downloads |

Well you certainly won't get it to work without it, as these files are essential. Install them first, then let's see if there's anything else wrong.

Hi all,
I downloaded DCV6 updates and installed them with no issues.
I then downloaded DC Tour Activity Pack for V6.
Installed everything as per the readme however for some reason i'm not getting any loco's to show in trainstore.
Any ideas please?
Apologies if ive missed something not used it 1.5 years grrrrrr back to basics as a beginner

Are you using Vista or Windows 7?
If so, did you unblock the downloaded files before installing as windows blocks them by default. Also did you set permissions on the files before installing? Its been a while since i installed the Tours pack but it worked fine on my Vista and W7 setups after the above.
