Class 37 Cab

Rail Simulator brings full and high detail 3D cabs to Train Simulation (though by no means the first to do so). Instead of using 2D images you can now create detailed 3D cabs with fully animated controls, here's the place to learn how.

The inclusion of the bonnet and your example view of what you intend will set this apart from what has gone before and raises the already high bar even further. Nice to see it taking shape.

Fun is not the word you use when making cabs.

For some reason they drain you. They are hard work and all the small components and pipes seem to take forever to model and make, and it often feels like you are getting nowhere.

No work on the cab today.

I'm impressed by the driver on your blog, Derek.
I expect he'll be driving the Class 37 - I couldn't imagine Dale Winton working on a steam footplate!

When the time is appropriate, He will supply the community with updates, in the mean time can you please bear patience and prevent from being an aggitation to model authors by pestering with the typical when will it be done. They will know and we will find out when
