Fixes for Class47 and BR101 cabviews

I've been working for small fixes for the Class47 and BR101 cabview positions.
Especially the german loco's cabview position is really wrong. The height is incorrect.

I also noticed that the train brake and dynamic brake levers actually work in wrong way in BR101
(train brake is released, when the lever is in the V position, V is for Voll, full).
Unfortunately i couldn't figure out how to fix that. It's possible that you need to edit the animation itself.

Anyhow, here's what i've been doing:

You know, I wonder whether the people from the developers who set up these cab views were really, really short...

I will double check that this is the case if there is a bug in the lever, It will be fixed.
