The FOI only covers public authorities, and its probably safe to say that Kuju is not going to be considered one of those.
Its also unlikely to have any public contracts ie with the NHS, so I suspect its not in the scope of the FOI.

Released? No, not yet. It will be released only when the right condition applies, which is when one of these three occurs (guess which):

(1) Marketing whines "But we promissed everyone it would be on time!"
(2) Software confidently says "There are only 2 minor bugs left to correct."
(3) Accounting sternly says "The cash flow requires an immediate release".
