Steam effects?

Despite having seen the video, I have a couple of questions for those plucky people down at Kuju...

1) Will the loco have Smoke blatst in time with the wheels? (e.g. For the black 5, 4 chuffs per wheel rotation) MSTS never saw this and Trainz, was well, pathetic when it could do it...
2) When you fiddle with the Blower will the smoke actually be affected, or will it just affect steam production, in real life, turning off the blower makes smoke slowly rise everywhere, while having it hard on blasts it up into the air...

Good point, and I'd like more information about steam and smoke effects, thanks.

:) I was about to ask the same question :). MSTS and Trainz have a totally unrealistic "puffing" sound. The smoke blast is completely out of synch with the driving wheels! It's so bad that I operate MSTS without sound :o.

Hopefully Kuju will be on the right track on this issue :)

Will other things create steam/smoke effects.
Blower pusing smoke out of the chimeny
Realistic drain valves, in time with the wheels
injectors blowing out steam and water until you get it right

The list is probebly infinite.

I would like to see a much longer smoke plume left behind in the air from the chimmney. I always felt that in MSTS the plumes fizzled out to quick. I also see in the new video clips the smoke plume does not go up very high.
