Multiple Track

When laying out a section of rail, in some cases I need to add a siding. Fine if the siding is on the right (per direction of travel), but the multiple arrows lose their "stickiness" when moved to the left side. Is this a bug, or is there a procedure I've missed?

This is causing me a lot of pain as well, so if anyone has a workaround for this it'd be much appreciated.

Hi,
I do it this way:
Lay two short sections of single track at the end of your main route single line. Delete the first short section.
Enter '2' in the number of tracks box and click on snap to track button. Lay the double track section from the opposite end (the 'inside' end) of the second short section (the two arrows should snap to the isolated track section), and then drag 'back' to the end of the main route track. You should then have your original single track together with an additional isolated track alongside the first short section at correct 'double track' spacing.
Now you can create a crossover between the two tracks, thus creating a siding in the right place.
regards Ted.
