Just downloaded the telegraph poles kit by Siegfried but it's a .rar file and I'm stuck on how to install it into RS. I can't open the file itself to see if there's a readme.txt, so I presume we have to copy it all just as it is into somewhere, but where?
Any help would be appreciated.

A .rar file is just like a zip file but in another format. You need to have a zip program that can open it like Winrar ( which is shareware ). One I use is ALZip ( http://www.altools.com/ ) which is free and can open various compressed file formats. There are other free ones as well like 7-zip http://www.7-zip.org/ .
