One to watch if you're laying roads using a mixture of snap to terrain and defined gradients.
If you lay a stretch of road using "Snap to Terrain" then a stretch using fixed gradients (e.g. to approach, cross and descend over the line) but then try and revert to the "Snap to Terrain" tool on continuing from the fixed section, the editor will distort every section of the road network connected back from that piece. More worryingly, the undo button will not correct the resulting mess. Only option is to Ctrl-Alt-Del to exit and reload the previous save.
The workaround obviously is not to join the roads where you resume, just try and line up the pieces to minimise any gap.
Not sure if this has already been reported as a bug - if not I'll enter it on the forum over at RSDL.

Thanks Derek, I guessed it might be an obvious one but didn't spot it on a quick browse.

Re: Road Laying Bug?
Yes I've had that happen quite a few times - and yes if I can, I usually quit out of the game completely without saving.
A little birdie tells me that this will be fixed in the first patch.

Re: Road Laying Bug?
The bug also appears to affect fencing (though not rivers that I can see). In the case of fencing a piece just suddenly points up in the air even when you don't switch from snap to terrain.
This is starting to get a little frustrating...
