Hi again,
Have you installed RS Upgrades 'Mk1' & 'Mk2' and Developers Tools?
Available here:
http://www.railsimulator.com/
You can run RS without the DVD if you have the Devs Tools installed, by using Editor.exe.

Sounds like you've not installed Upgrades Mk1 & Mk2, available from the same site as the Dev Tools.

No offense, but it sounds like you need to learn some basic computer skills.
http://www.dummies.com/store/product/Wi ... 73268.html
You can run from Start, All Programs, Rail Simulator Developer Tools, Rail Simulator Developer Edition, but that's merely a link to RailSimEditor.exe. Open Windows Explorer, browse to wherever you got it (default is \Program Files\ ) \RailSimulator, find RailSimEditor.exe and RIGHT click on it, select "copy". Exit explorer, RIGHT click on your desktop, select "paste". Now you have a shortcut, just double click on that. When the launch screen loads click on the options before the timer runs out, make sure the resolution is set to your desktop resolution or less. In other words if your desktop is set to 1024x768, don't try to run the game at 1280x1024.
