Have you deleted the blueprints.pak file from Assets\Kuju\RailSimulator.

Hi and welcome to the Forums.
Have you placed a tick in the Object Set Filter under the makers name.
If not enter the Route Editor. Bottom flyup and click on the globe.
Bring out the middle left hand flyout and you will find a cube top left.
Click on that which brings out a right hand flyout. This contains all the developer names. You need to place a tick alongside the developer name related to the item you have installed.
Regards James.

What folders are you clicking in editors mode..I would hardly call them folders!
When you open up world editor and press the cube with the arrow in the second box down on the left a flyaway window at the right appears; is every drop down name ticked. (dont ask me why but KUJU picked a colour of green for the tick thats barely visible)

Hi
Before you go into Editor mode did you first select the route you want to use and then release the "Pad Lock" in the bottom right corner?
You need to release the pad lock to gain access to the menus.
Hope this is of some help.

Mike

What update downloads were missing then? Because I have got pretty much the same problem!!
I am trying to install some loco's but they don't show up on the left fly list.
I have read the adding a free roam loco guide, but nothing seems to work.
I've even tried shifting folders about into the kuju assets folder, with some success.
The loco and tender appear on the fly list, but nothing snaps onto the track.
I can add pre-installed locos easily, but not any of those I have downloaded from the site.
Any ideas what's wrong?
MSTS is a walk in the park compared to this!!

best thing to do is to uninstall all your addons first
Go to
http://www.railsimulator.com/
On the right hand side are two updates "Upgrade MK1" and "Upgrade MK2" in white boxes, download them, then install them 1 then 2 and then install your addons again and they should work,
its the way i did it
GOOD LUCK !!
