IOW Island line wont install on vista

IOW Island line wont install on vista
Trying to install this add-on it extracts the package says unpacking reading cintents then unpacks the dill's and al the files then after everything is unpacked nothing happens the unpackage program exits no more installers come up am I installing this wrong
My spec is 9.0ghz 4GB ram High Spec ATI gaming Graphics Card 32" TV as Monitor

Have you raised this on the RSDL forum as well ? That is the official place for support requests. Whilst you might get an answer here it is always best to post over there as well.
