In one of Bris-Shef scenarios we need 16t Mineral Grey wagon. The scenario fails to load and when i check it in edit mode there is a space between the loco and guards van, but if you click in the space you can see the coupling links. I have checked the stock and the 16t mineral grey is in the list of available wagons. Tried to delete the originals in the scenario and replace from my list but the wagons still do not show. Tried to substitute with a diffrent wagon but can not get rid of originals.

This did happen to me some time ago when I didn't install the wagons correctly. I think that the textures were not in the right folder. If the instructions with the grey wagons don't tell you exactly how to install them, you could try looking in one of the other wagon folders to see where things go and rename or create new folders under the grey wagons, which is what I think I ended up doing. I haven't got my RS machine switched on until tonight so I can't give more precise instructions.

Found part of the file missing, reinstalled and everything working OK.

Have just downloaded that wagon, any idea why it is not packaged?
There isnt any read me file to tell us where or how to install it

If you unzip the file to somewhere like the desktop you will get a folder called "Grey".

Copy this to your rail vehicles/freight/16TMineralWagon folder.

Delete the blueprints.pak file from RailSimulator folder and you should be away.
