Hi Ginger

I try to use default 3D trees near to the track and station area but the majority of those further away are from the IOW route and the Foliage Pack.
The Foliage Pack is great value for money at £4.00 and I will be relying heavily on the contents of this for quickly filling out the landscape as I move down the line.
Fortunately the majority of the line through to Eridge is open fields and tree covered hills.

:o You can do some of mine for me if you like!! :D I've had enough of doing fields! (mainly coz I'm not very good at them...) and the foliage pack is definately worth its money.

Route looking great by the way Geoff!

Hi Geoff,
Sorry I have not posted this earlier but I am very busy ATM engaged in Family problems. Exellent work as usual with great attention to detail. Lovely Video and Screenshots. Your 3D model of the engine shed is a superb piece of work. You really are getting to grips with this area of our hobby. Congratulations on your work so far and I look forward to using this Route when finished. You are making a big contribution to the Rail Simulator world.
Kind Regards James.

Hi James

It is very nice to hear from you again and thank you for your kind comments.

I am looking forward to seeing your route completed one day.

I am working on this route daily and as I am getting out of Tunbridge Wells I find that I will need to go back to check out a few details on site as you can only get so much from Google Earth and reference material. The weather is not making travel easy at the moment but I should be able to get there in a week or so and take a new batch of photographs.

Hi Ant. I did not like the foliage that always faces you but as I put more of it in I can see that it actually works very well from track level and a bit higher, but looks a bit odd from very high up. Very effective for large areas.

Hi All

A couple of shots of the small sidings on the way out of Tunbridge Wells.

A bit more filling out around the houses and Tunbridge Wells is just about complete.

Thanks David

There are not many signals on this route but this is the main one at Tunbridge Wells.
Thanks to Mark Brinton we have an almost perfect match ... and they work too!

My version ...

I am afraid I am not going to be very original, but this route is just getting better and better. Really looking forward to it, please keep us informed when you can.

Cheers
