They are indeed very nice shots, may I ask if they are from a scenario of yours, since I would be very happy to give it a try.

The scenario is from the Class 66 pack, "Power Hungry" Modifications include removing the driver from the rear cabs of the HST's. Using the excellent repaints for the EWS class 66 and the HTA hoppers. Removing passengers from static coaches and replacing the Class 66 on empty stock to the FGW class 08.
I have also changed the Field of view value to 45 to give it a more realistic look.

glad you like the screenshots.

I noticed you did this straight away, must say it makes such an improvement, How did you do it?

Go to program files/railsimulator/dev/scripts/ there you will find a file called engineScript You will need to go into properties and untick the read only box so that you can modify the file. Open it with MSWord and change the numbers in brackets ................................................

-- This function is automatically run if the game is a debug build
function autorunDEBUG()
fogParams ( true, 200, 1500, 200, 200, 200 )
setFov(45)
end

-- This function is automatically run if the game is a release build
function autorun()
fogParams ( true, 200, 1500, 200, 200, 200 )
setFov(45)
end

then save and job done. I've experimented with various values but 45 seems the most realistic. It does however change ALL the camera views. Unfortunately RS does not yet have the option to modify individual views. The cab view does entail a little more panning around to see all the guages and controls but, unless you sit in the back seat, when did you see all the controls in your car without moving your eyes or head around?

Just like to say well-done! Some of those shots are bordering on photo-realistic! They truly look exceptional. 8)

Kind regards
