tunnel hole dectal BIG PROB

General discussion about Rail Simulator that doesn't really fit in to any specific category. A good place to start if you're not sure what category it should fit in to as well.

Hi Chris,

Iv'e had this problem in the early stage of RS(preMk1)I really can't remember how I deleted it,have you tried zooming into the earth then look up and try to select it,or put your mouse in the middle then drag the circle out so anything within that circle is selected?

The circle will NOT fix it. I have had this a few days ago, try and click on it a few times, then just close the program without saving. Thats how I did it, open it do a few edits then just close RS don't save it.

Hi
Try running your cursor all over the decal very slowly. You should get a 'frame' outline appear with yellow tag points at the corners. Click on that. It should then delete with the del key.
If you cannot find this 'frame', you may not have the Tunnel icon in the middle left pop-out selected. Make sure that is selected first.
I notice your decal appears to be on flat ground. I always find it better to place the tunnel decal last of all, AFTER you have placed the tunnel mouth object and rearranged the terrain to suit.
regards Ted.

I am sure your first point will not work because of the shape it comes out in this persons screenshot, if it had the yellow points/line the black rectangle in this persons screenie would not have faded ends.
