RS_Tools on 64 bit systems

I installed the Windows 7 64 bit version (Release Candidate) as a dual-booting feature on my main PC this week so that I can test problems users have reported while trying out RS_Tools on the 64 bit versions of Vista and XP.
One thing I did find out is that rather than copying Serz.exe into the System32 or Syswow64 folders, I got better results by copying both Serz.exe AND msvcr7.dll from the Rail Simulator folder into the RS_Tools folder.
This will probably also work on any version of Vista or XP, and will be a help to those who do not like to copy things into their Windows folder. I will change the read-me to reflect this.
Apart from that, RS and RS_Tools both work great on the Windows 7 system and there appears to be some improvement in FPS although this may be due to my only having a small number of applications installed under Windows 7 so far.
For those of a technical bent, I installed Windows 7 on an external E-SATA drive, which was the J:\ drive under Vista, but the RC of Windows 7 has renamed it to C:\ while Windows 7 is the operating system. However, if I boot under Vista it reverts to J:\ - This renaming of the OS drive did not happen under earlier betas of Windows 7
