Some questions about RailWorks

General discussion about Rail Simulator that doesn't really fit in to any specific category. A good place to start if you're not sure what category it should fit in to as well.

Some questions about RailWorks

Post by trnielsen »

I have following questions for my friend Bjarne Larsen:

"Is there anything new on the light (on locomotives/engines), paths (like used in MSTS), cars crossing the tracks, etc?"

Friendly regards

Wait about 2 months and you will see ;) no one else will know except the guys busy chomping on their biscuits at the Kuju RS studio working on various bits and pieces, best thing to do is just either wait and find out for the final product, or wait for the RSDL guys to update us via the RS website and the RSDL's blog and also browsing throught the forums on there

Hi
I'm guessing not ........... because I'm sure they would have mentioned it in their press release.
Having said that I've read that the press release wasn't aimed at those that already use the software, it was only a general press release to try and stir up some interest from possible retailers.
Although I thought I'd also read that this wasn't going to be released as a boxed High St product.
So my guess could be a poor one.
On reflection listen to Kirk, you'll only really know when the first few simmers have used it for a few days.
Cheers
Jon

Hi
That's very important.
Not addons, routes..., users build.

Sorry for my English

It's a bit silly asking questions like this. You'll know in all good time and when RS want to tell you.

There's already a thread on this: http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic. ... 92p1136792

We do not need another thread on the same issues as it's better to keep everything in the same place - I'm locking this one.
