Has anyone been able to activate the PCS switch so that when the train goes into emergency you have to leave the brake in suppression for 10 seconds before you can get your air back?
To recover from an emergency brake application you have to put the automatic brake handle in the emergency position not suppression.Has anyone been able to activate the PCS switch so that when the train goes into emergency you have to leave the brake in suppression for 10 seconds before you can get your air back?
Suppression is used for a penalty brake application not an emergency brake application.
