Digital Traction help needed

Two days ago I bought the coach pack from DT to use in the Teesside oil scenario, but although the transaction went through Ok (credit card has been charged) I have not been sent a confirmation or the download link.
I expect it is due to a problem at my end and I have tried to use the "contact us" form on the DT website to contact them but I keep getting error messages and no reply (obviously).
I have no other way to contact any of the DT team, so if any of the chaps read this could you send me a message so we can sort it out.
I don't want to go through the buying process again, in case the same thing happens!

They have a "Contact Us" on thier site, but also "Kingsgate" is on these forums, and he'll direct you.

Thank you both for your support.
Hopefully someone from DT will contact me, as I still can't the "contact us" facility to work on their web site.
I have had this sort of trouble before, maybe something to do with Vista 64bit...or something like that.

Just a point re the download link. My windows mail system diverted this link into the junk folder and there is a warning from DT that this can happen. Once retrieved from the junk folder all went well with the process.

I have checked my spam/junk folder regularly and the download link e-mail was not there.

An unfortunate mishap. I've been away for a few days, and Rob's computer chose these exact days to go kaput. As Mr Anderson states, all is now well.
