I think I've seen one somewhere else (mebbe on the train-sim.com site), though I suspect it was "just" a reskin of a 47 (I say just knowing that I've no idea how to do one).

The 66 sounds would be innacurate, the 57 used a EMD 645 which is much different (and much better sounding!) than the 710 in the 66. I have a 57 soundset WIP, i stopped working on it as i was having hell trying to modify the engine specs and get the sound blueprint right.

There are Class 47s that have been made to resemble Class57s on RS-Trainsims website.
At the moment there are no Class 57's available so if this is a must have then the nearest you are going to get is one of the re-skinned 47's
