S&D Scenario Pack - Now Released

General discussion about Rail Simulator that doesn't really fit in to any specific category. A good place to start if you're not sure what category it should fit in to as well.

hi adam, i have a problem with running the scenario, it seems that you have the DT 20t brake van installed to a different place than the DT rpk installs it on my installation, on my RS installation the file structure is

E:\Program Files\Rail Simulator\Assets\DT\addon\RailVehicles\freight\dt_br_20t_brake\dt_20t_brakevan.bin

while the sim is looking for

E:\Program Files\Rail Simulator\Assets\DT\RailVehicles\freight\dt_br_20t_brake\dt_20t_brakevan.bin

this is the second time this week i have had this problem installing a scenario, if we have to keep changing things it means we could end up with different instances of the same content which means things could get very messy, i think we need some sort of system to combat this

cheers

Gav

EDIT: now all sorted, i copied the 'railvehicles' folder and contents in to the 'DT' folder to create another instance of the van, RSTools shows no missing stock but i get a failed to load, any ideas?

I'm afraid I can't shed any light on that one, all I can say is that I installed with the .rpk, so I assume to the default location. There are 3 versions of the van on the DT site, do you have the right one?

Otherwise, thanks all for the kind comments :)

Exactly the same happened to me with these, :o . What's more, it also happened to me with one of Richards scenarios, the Mk2 updated version of 15:45 Oxford - Paddington, (see this thread: http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic. ... 4#p1052196)

Cheers,

Manuel
