Package manager Problem

Having a little trouble with the package manager today, which usually works fine for me, moving my bluebell route to another installation set it up as an RPK file but when i try to install i get this error

Ideas/solutions greatly appreciated

I had this, turned off the UAC while I did what I needed to, then switched it back on. Works fine now.

You could also try making all RS files read/write via the RSTools app.

Have you tried to redo the rpk incase it was corrupted? I've not had any errors with package manager so far but someone else might have a better idea.
