If program isn't written to handle multiple threads,then it will only run on one core,vista doesnt just make it happen,it has to be hard coded in the game/app.

Im currently using the X1950 Pro AGP verison what i got off ebay with 2GB of ram, it will run about 30 FPS with max(with flora turned of as slows my system to a craw)
But all i am suffering from is my CPU and the fact it's quite old (Socket A 3200XP+ Barton)
But if you are still looking for an AGP Graphics card, try and get the X1950Pro as it is brillant.
