Which option works on some scenarios, i.e. what exactly are you doing when the error 9 occurs?
Hi Mike,
The scenarios with which I have problems with Kickstart are two of my own, one uploaded to this site and the other not yet completed.
I select a route and then a scenario and click on
Edit Selected Scenario
After a pause I get the error message
runtime error '9' subscript out of range.
If you wish you can try it on the uploaded scenario which is:
 | | | Bath Green Park Local [1104658 bytes] - BathGPTemp.zip File ID: 17887 Date: 01 Dec 2007 - 1017 Downloads |
|
This scenario only includes default stock.
There is a game save file nested (i.e. within it's own folder) in the scenario folder, but I still had the problem when I removed it.
A common feature of both the scenarios which report the error is that they each include lots of static consists. I wonder if this is related to the error since I know that the scenario I have not completed used to work under Kickstart until its later development. This problem occurs with earlier editions of Kickstart and does not have its origin with the present version.
