Interior views
Something I've only just found out is that there are other interior views; I'd already seen the Mk1 carriage interior, but just wandering around with the 8 cam I blundered through the Mk1 brake and found it also has a very nice interior. There is also enough room there to add a stack of parcels and the odd bicycle. Am I seeing this detail because I've put all the object detail settings to max, or was it always there and I just never stopped inside the coach before?

Re: Interior views
I thought when you pressed 8 whatever view you were in, you would fly through the 'exterior' view of the train. Surely the detail of the interior is not the same when you press 8?

Re: Interior views
Ahh, the "5" interior views are especially rendered high-detail interiors which are viewable only from a fixed point: they use different models to the actual models of the carriages to give a far higher quality view, just like the cab views.
The interiors about which you are talking are the basic interiors of the carriage models themselves, which are far lower detail, since they are only really supposed to be seen from outside through the windows.
However, it would be a nice touch if Rail Simulator allowed people to attach their cameras to any part of the train to allow them to use one of these sorts of interior views, too.
