I read on internet that the real HST class trains give the speed restriction around the speedometer using LED's.
Is there a way to have this working in RS?

Not at the moment.

Just to clarify that not all HST PCs have this type of speedometer - only the ones used by FGW. The speed limit display is only available when travelling on the ATP equipped part of the GWML.
