Missing Tooltips and the Mystery Instruction

Hi guys

the tooltips do not show on any of the menus... they work ok on any other program

any ideas?

In the scenario editor the far right icon after consist operation... what is it ?

It seems to be some sort of trigger
I have been playing around and can trigger messages with it (more on that in Scenarioforum)

I have found that I dont always get tooltips on the flyout menus (textboxes seem the worst). However, fiddling with the position of the mouse pointer generally solves it for me.

Kinda sorted

Aha I've found that tooltips show when running the editors in windowed mode.

( I usually run in full screen and have no other problems with the editors)

So now I know that the last instruction icon is triggers
