When you install a normal .rpk file by double clicking on it ( in Vista 64bit ) does it install correctly ? Or do you do it some other way ?Blackpatch wrote:Yes mate - all that checks out. Will have another look tomorrow as I'm hacked off with it at the moment. Many thanks for the suggestions though. I appreciate it.

Thanks Simon, will post how I crack this but will ask your support guys if I fail. Also many thanks for sorting my reward points from my other account.simuk wrote:I think it's either something to do with the Package Manager or some other setting on the files. As before though, our support team will be happy to help further if you continue to have trouble.
Hi John, this is the first thing I've tried to install since having vista. Up to now I've usually downloaded rpk files to a temp folder then opened package manager and browsed to location. The JT installer is a slightly different method so I've had a go with a regular rpk and it does look like its the package manager that is the issue. Will unistall it and download it again.CaptScarlet wrote:When you install a normal .rpk file by double clicking on it ( in Vista 64bit ) does it install correctly ? Or do you do it some other way ?
