Errr you have to browse for the Rail sim folder.

Go to the railsimulator forum and download it again, they fixed it a couple days ago.

Just downloaded the package manager tonight and I too have problems, also I am running vista 64. The error message I get when trying to install a new package is the usual 3 lines pls "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" Have tried to install 2 packages same error each time. Any ideas

Did you have the old one installed beforehand ? have you tried doing it manually and making sure you are using the mk2 version ?

Be sure to have the latest .NET framework with latest service pack installed

Will check I have the latest .NET installed. Also while I'm on how do you do it manually?

This only happens when it is installing from Setup.exe if you run the rpk file directly this fixes that particular problem.
I always install from the rpk, and if it is from a developer like GR i always go into the relevant folder afterwards and run the rpk file from there, works every time. Oh yes and i am running 64 bit Vista schmista too.

Yeah have latest version of .Net framework and MK2 Pckager, still no joy. Still confused how to install .rpk manually any help appreciated.
