Not So Fast...

General discussion about Rail Simulator that doesn't really fit in to any specific category. A good place to start if you're not sure what category it should fit in to as well.

I totally agree with that. No one should have to put up with abuse for airing their opinions.

It is also best done privately as anyone who's disagreed with anyone else who claims to have had abusive e-mails, is potentially tarred by implication. It casts a shadow over the whole membership if a PM.

I note the term used was 'rude' which is open to interpretation.

In the absence of names and details this appears another matter best dealt with privately to avoid anyone being implicated simply by disagreeing in public. Matt can check PM's to acertain what was said and by whom. We cannot but the accusation remains.

I've never had any clearly abusive e-mails or PM's in 6 years despite disagreements and confident the 99.9% of UKTS members would never behave in such a manner.

I remember Mickoo claiming this has happened in the past under similar circumstances and so it should be stopped as it would assist all members in the the long run.
Cheers

If anyone gets what they consider to be an abusive PM, then let us know.
John is right Matt can check PM's, mods cannot, but Matt can.
Do NOT resort to a slaging match on the forums, as both of you will end up in the brown and smelly stuff :D

With respect gentlemen

Who ever it is / was is clever enough not to use PM ( thus tracked ) and uses dummy email addresses such as Hotmail or Yahoo which are virtually untraceable. Be assured if l knew who it was I'd take action.

Clearly l have deeply offended somebody or some persons over the past years, it is from this site as the flood mails timings only arrive after disagreements here and no where else.

The issue is now closed, outside these forums and the matter dropped, please accept my remiss for airing in the first place.

Regards
