KRS Thread Deletion appears to accelerate

General discussion about Rail Simulator that doesn't really fit in to any specific category. A good place to start if you're not sure what category it should fit in to as well.

Confirmed Bugs are usually ones which the Devs have been able to reproduce on their own machines at the studio, these should almost definately be fixed (if they are fixable), it's the reported "Unconfirmed" bugs that aren't always reproducable in the Dev studio which are the ones to be worried about if a fix would be forthcoming for them.

In answer to your question, it was coments, a bad one I suppose, but it was not sarcastic and it was constructive.

the point im sure kuju would make is that its not a 'comments' forum, its a support forum - If you want to comment you can do so here. They dont want there forum full of negative comments, its bad enough all the problems there having to sort out for people.

You might not agree, but its the forum code there and you agreed to abide by it when you signed up

Hi all,

As Chris stated above the Rail Simulator forum is a support forum, not a platform for people to air their views and gripes. To moderate those posts would take a great deal of time as the moderators on this site can verify.
The comments are trimmed so that users do not have to trail through random comments to get the answer they require.

However every comment posted has been read, every complaint/compliment has been noted, nothing is forgotten and we aim to answer as many questions as we can.
It has only been a week since they opened, please bare with us.

regards

Derek

So long, and thanks for all the fish.

Fair enough. It is quite understandable to me that you do not want to store lots of complaints forever. RSD is a company after all.
As long as Matt stores our endless rants forever, we don't need a second place to air them.

Okay, I have dropped my pants and bent over ...

Am I the only one that derived humour from that typo ? :D

I like the idea that an official support forum only has questions and answers, sans comments, cut to the chase. Debate not required. The product is here, it needs work for sure, max effort on that, but not wasting time critiquing the process and debating the decisions already made.
