Last week;
Class 220/221 Bristol Parkway Manchester and back
This week
Class 150 Yatton-BTM
Class 158 BTM-CF
Class 143 CF-Coryton
HST Castle Cary-Padd
All very dull and tedious, nothing remotely interesting
The best thing I've travelled on this year has to be Hong Kong trams!

10.17 from Wolves to Bristol Parkway and then
17.10 Bristol Parkway to Wolves.
Voyager.
Went to the Bristol Model Railway exhibition.
Nice day out ! First Class as well !

30th April:
11:16 Llanishen-Cardiff Central
11:50 Cardiff Central-Hereford
Watched Hereford v Bradford (last home game of the season - a 1-1 draw saw us secure league footbal for next season), then got a lift back to Cardiff - my parents are house hunting in Ledbury and needed somewhere to stay over the weekend!

Northern Rail 321 (lucky me!) - Leeds - Bradford Forster Square
walk to Bradford Interchange
Northern Rail 153+158 (stayed in the 158 for a/c!) - Bradford Interchange - Manchester Victoria
Home via Bus
and it cost me s** all!

On holiday in Norfolk last week and we went on the North Norfolk Railway catching the 12:00noon from Holt to Sheringham travelling on the Waggon und Maschinenbau Diesel railbus E79960
and returning on the 1:30pm from Sheringham to Holt travelling on steam hauled coaches with GWR 56xx 0-6-2T 5619
Bought a good book from Sheringham Station "British railways First Generation DMUs" by Hugh Longworth which complements his book BR steam locos, plus an excellent video on East Anglian railways.
