You enjoy your retirement theokus, let the rest of us work our fingers to the bone instead.....

I always enjoyed my visits to Belgium ( Bruge, Ghent, Antwerp, Liege ), it is generally quiet wherever you go, except Brussels, of course.

I might emigrate to Belgium when I retire, all that chocolate and 400 types of beer, fantastic..... :D

Cheerz. Transport Steve.

Hello again Theokus
My route Candlewick is taking shape
I have added a coal mine named Henry Mining Co
There is still the signalling to complete etc
As I have posted on the Candlewick thread, I intend porting it across to Railworks

To stay on topic I'm now listening to a neighbours dogs barking
Kind regards Stephen

A council man is mowing the grass with a stand on mower. Never seen one of those before, sit on yes.

It turns on a sixpence.

He looks to be enjoying himself !

The men are again hard at work on the demolition of the garages behind our house. I have been keeping a photo diary on Facebook but here is a shot of the work in progress. Whilst taking this I did notice the first aircraft vapour trail as overflights begin again.

Kindest regards

Not much, the children of the street will return soon (and with 1 that throws his scooter in the air to break it, should be interesting!)

Also might head onto Stansted Mountfitchet station later and see what I can get tonight train-wise.....

Nuclear bomb just hit, most of the landscape is just flat and grey, with some bits on fire, my house is ok though. And I was hoping to go to the shops later. Urgh, typical.

Oh, and now its raining ash, great.
