I have just ate 2 packets of cheap chinese noodles with lots of herbs and spices in, including chile powder (Hot) not moderate, paprika, cayenne pepper, minced garlic, ground onion, chinese 5 spices, then i pour in the boiling water then mash it all up an microwave it for 3 an a half minutes, lovely stuff, gets rid of my chills and colds.
