My daughter has sent me a text to say she graduated with a First from Edinburgh University !

Well done her!
When my eldest got his first at Bath we were told we could only applaud when all the candidates had been presented and we had to remain seated as official photographs would be provided. Oh yeh?
As I explained, cheering wasn't applause and I just happened to find myself at the foot of the stage with a camera in my hand...honest!
