Good morning everyone
I've just returned home having taken Emma in the park at 4am
It's quite warm with a pleasent breeze blowing
I will post a few photos I took this morning as it was coming lighter
We came across a few idiots this morning who had had more than enough to drink
Kind regards Stephen

We had the bedroom windows open and had trouble getting off to sleep but I was woken at 4.30 by what sounded like a very large jet, flying low toward EM Airport. Then the dawn chorus came on-stream so I'm sitting here, unable to get back to sleep but yawning my head off.

Glad it's Friday, mind you it's taken me ages to get into Nottingham this morning, I forgot the Test Match is on at Trent Bridge, seems as though half of England is here......
But, there's a very pleasant breeze today, hope I can get a good night's sleep tonight.

Just get yourself a large Thermos flask.
Hi Bob

I have just spoken to a heating engineer who thinks it is in fact feasible to create a large underground Thermos Flask type system using natural caverns filled with oil, with water/oil pipes running through the oil so that heat can be gathered in the summer and stored in the oil and then re-used in the winter by extracting heat from the oil.

I think we should stake our claim to this idea now ... 40% to you and 60% to me.

While you're developing that, I'll just keep using the CO2 extinguisher to chill the beer :)

Many a true word spoken in jest. :)

I'm quite happy to take 40% of your profits. Let me know when I can expect the first cheque.

I hope you took 40% off the profits. Just get it one big fat cheque otherwise business banking will take all the profits.
As for beer cooling, my water cooled system running in the sweat shop of the conservatory is doing quite nicely. I wonder how well an alcohol cooled system really performs though.

My alcohol cooled system performs well for the first two hours.

Then I start to fall over.

My alcohol cooled system
Well, unfortunately it would seem that there is no acceptable alternative to this particular coolant. But Coke and Ice is a useful alternative, and prevents the falling over problem. You do eventually get used to it - promise!! :)
