Cheers Danny, there's a few shots in the Atmosphere thread of 'Haworth' (not sure I should say it out in the fresh air just yet  )

Thanks for that Stephen, Candlewick looks nice, the IOW add on started working after the addition of two RW updates since I last went on, so I can finally play with Invincible :D Did just that in the few quickest scenarios to check if all was still working, pleased to say I'm not a sufferer of the 'Something Bad Has Happened' message just yet  Also pleased to see the Jubilee Pack was updated with the lovely LMS maroon version, had a quick play with that and noticed, like with Tornado, the smoke effects are better, cylinder steam is controllable by pressing C, and whistle steam appears too. Great stuff.

Bit of a disappointment at first to realise these effects weren't ported over to the other locomotives, but you can't have everything

I'm about to try uploading the PR patch again seeing as I'm here, no hopes though, as well as continuing with the KWVR in RW.

Good morning everyone
I hope you remembered to put your clocks forward one hour?
This morning I woke up at 3:45 and fed the cats
I took Emma a walk at 4:35 and arrived home at 5:50
Everywhere is fairly deserted at that time in a morning
I was just passed by the odd early morning jogger
A young paper lad was waiting for the newsagent to open up
I've just stoked up the fire and am now browsing the forums
Kind regards Stephen

I was up at 5am British Silly Time (4am real time) to get to work 1.5 hours later, spent six and a half hour there, severely put my left knee out so was hobbling around for most of my shift, now sitting down watching the F1 re-run (minus 14 laps)

Adding captions to my photos at the Colne Valley Railway Diesel Gala. The last time I went here I was only 8 years old, that was 12 years ago for a Santa Special which I can't even remember now. :(

Goodness me, its pathetic this year. The NME stage is just about OK. The main stage though... deary me. Arcade Fire are very good, but not really headlining band. Blink 182 past it, as are Guns and Roses.... deary me. What happened to the brilliant line up like last year include music greats such as Blur and Radiohead?

I don't think its that bad. Saturday is a bit of a letdown, but Dizzee Rascal shouldn't be too bad. Then there's Lostprophets, QOTSA, Paramore, Biffy Clyro, Pendulum who are usually very good live. I'm seriously looking forward to Blink, and even though I agree that Guns n' Roses are not what they used to be, I actually quite like their new stuff, so I'm looking forward to them anyway.

I agree, the 2009 and 2008 line-ups were better, but this year it could have been a lot worse. I must admit I would have preferred to go to Download this year, but no-one I know is going :(

It should be a laugh anyway :)

Are you kidding? He makes it rubbish, he makes everything rubbish.

Blink 182 and the rest you mentioned are much better.

I apprieciate Dizziee Rascal. Knows what hes doing on the mic.

tbh, though, you only have to compare it to last years line up and it seems poor : http://michaelvolland.files.wordpress.c ... ine-up.jpg

for me, its too rock orientated... i always thought reading was more indie. oh well. maybe it was just because last years line up was so good.

Nah Reading has been a rock/metal festival ever since the early 1990s. There's usually one large name indie band headlining though, or at least somewhere high up on the supporting acts. This is good news for me though because I cannot stand most indie bands

I think last year must have just been a bit of a blip them, with Arctic Monkeys and Radiohead headling - both indie... but radiohead significantly better !

Yeah 3 Indie acts headlining (can radiohead be counted as indie? I thought they were more alternative/experimental rock :-? ). I hate the Kings of Leon, but I would have loved to see Radiohead :)

Anyway, to bring the thread back OT, at the moment I'm ransacking my room to see if there's anything I can sell on eBay
