I bought a copy of this product about two years ago over ebay and the person who sold it to me never sent the password then it arrived by email, when my computer crashed i lost it so is there any way i can get a new password thanks colin

TSM is available as a download from Abacus, you then purchsase the registration code from Abacus.
It is also available as a boxed product which includes the necessary code. You may still need to download the revised v1.1 update which is a full fresh install (probably what you were 'sold')
If someone sold you the program without the registration code, it sounds it could be a case of fraud. Suggest you pass on the details of the seller to Abacus so that they can deal with any piracy aspect, and complain to e-bay. In any event, what you have 'bought' you could have downloaded directly from Abacus for nothing.
