Steam Loco in Field Near Leicester

Has anyone seen the Steam Loco which is in a field next to the Leicester to Birmingham line just outside Blaby dose anyone know the Maker of the Loco and where is used to work
Im right saying this is a fireless loco

It's definitely a fireless loco. The only thing I've seen similar is an 0-4-0 built by Andrew Barclay for Imperial Paper Mills in Gravesend which was featured in Roaming the Southern Rails by P. Ransome-Wallis.

Why the farmer put it in that field I don't know everyone who goes past it in a car looks at it could cause an accident should not be that hard to restore as there is no boiler involved
