Railtours on Saturday

Post by yorkie »

The Cornish Parker from Crewe to Parkandillack operated by Pathfinder has been cancelled because NR have been unable to provide a path on the return journey due to engineering work taking place between Bristol and Birmingham.

However theDeltic Retro Scotwill is scheduled to operate as planned, so if anyone was planning to do the Cornish Parker, it is possible to get a train from Crewe in the morning to Wigan to pick up that tour. Pay on the day tickets are available on board from Huddersfield, Stalybridge, Manchester Victoria, Wigan and Preston.

Anyone here affected by the cancellation of the Parker?
