What has me baffled is that i saw on the front page of the Metro a few weeks ago, Network Rail are only being given so and so amount of money, which IIRC was a lot lower then the sum they we're originally supposed/expecting to receive.
So im wondering how they are expecting to carry out these traction source renewals.??
Next they'll be telling us we need to cut down on water because "theres not enough"

It'll be allocated for future years. All that really needs to be done is that it isn't a cost driven excercise like on the ECML and GEML, causing long term problems.
