Charter via Hertford North

Working yesterday on the 14.00 to 22.00 shift and about mid way though, I noticed a train with a strange headcode about to come though on the Down Hertford, the headcode was 1Z43 so I just thought it's a Network Rail working, maybe it's that DRS Serco test train with these 37s

So anyway, I'm on the platform awaiting to see what it was, it turned out to be some charter top and tailed by 2 47s.

Now I've checked various places and I can't work out the working of that train or the locos involved as the office pc refused to tell me and other places don't have charters listed that go via the Hertford Loop, hence why I'm confused.

Can anyone help me and tell me what locos were involved, what charter it was and what the workings of it was please.
