Right, after a dispute with a mate about whats best... i turn to you for your opinions
Would you rather have "haulage" from a Class 47 (spoon) or Class 24/5 (rat)?

If I had to choose (which I just have) it would have to be a RAT, I think that 47's are to common, unlike RATS.
But hey it comes down to personal prefrences.

Sorry but spoons are my fav traction of all time, although rats are also good engines.

Is a 24/5 one where the ETH was isolated?
There are better engines with a 12LDA than the brush 4...

I know you want 24's and 25's, but don't the Mc Rats (26 to 27) count as well?
