Why not order direct from 225, or is there a big price difference?

To all uktrainsim members.

Regarding 225 Studios Website.

I have been off UK Train Sim again through illness (Although my son has been on in my name) but to keep my mind sane a very good friend of mine

Mr Paul Diggens....Owner of 225 Studios (Cab Rides) asked me to do him an on-line store....This I did early 2008 but the url changed from

http://www.225studios.com to http://www.225studios.co.uk

The site is updated every month between the 23rd and 30th. with two new cab rides (sometimes 3 and 4)

Cab rides are filmed at the request of the train operators...not 225 studios....and are filmed for training and route learning DVD's unlike Video 125 Etc

If 225 studios have not gone bust how come I placed an order for 2 DVD's over a weeek ago not received them and sent 2 e-mails and got no replys anyone know whats going wrong I only orderd because they had the cab ride I wanted and someone recomended them but will I get my order or try to get a refund

I copied and pasted your last posting into an email and sent it to Paul Diggens of 225 Studios, I also spoke to him on the telephone last night.

He says he knows nothing about your order

So if you email him at 225studios@fsmail.net or telephone him on 01206 824100 he will have a word with you and try to sort it out.

I have used 225 studios in the past and I have used the latest website. On every occassion the goods have arrived without issue. John, have you double checked your bank statements to see if the money has gone out your account?
