Maybe I'm wrong but surely Northern, Chiltern and Virgin West Coast are all owned by non-bus operators.

Also if you think of Keolis as a transport company and not a bus operator then you can include Transpennine Express, Southern and South Eastern on this list as they have a 50% share in these 3 companies.

Virgin West Coast is 51% Virgin and 49% Stagecoach. As for TPE, London Midland, Southern and South Eastern, the other half is owned by bus companies.

LER does make more sense, but c2c wasn't really that meaingless. it did stand for something at least- now what does ONE stand for?
