66/6s NEW delivered

66623 in a new Bardon Aggregates livery and 66624 in freightliner gree arrived in the UK on Feb 6th at Newport Docks

they arent the original WIPAC typle lights as fitted to the EWS66s and some FL66s, they seem to be updated versions, perhaps could be better illuminationwise than the orignal wipacs or the updated lighting versions?

is it just me thats wondering why they painted the roof green and didnt try some sort of cross design livery incorperating the standard freightliner styling and the bardon colour and branding

I believe that they have painted the roof green to say that it is a partnership between the two companies.

but it would have made more sense IMHO if they had done the freightliner cab ends the sort of yellow ends and the blue over the remaining body.. have the Freightliner logo and the Bardon logo

this would be the ideal time for Bardon Agg to say stuff you FHH we are going back to EWS, so we can get 60s back down here where they belong instead of rotting away at Toton and Immingham yards :lol:
