The Pathfinder Outfit was taken over by Riviera and FM. The FM part of the deal was never cemented.

So Pathfinder are now owned by Riviera Trains wholly..


FM is being restructured with the operating side being taken over by Victa Railfreight.

Those Gents and Ladies are the facts so far anything else is hot air and sprouts.
