Amazon sells plenty of Ivo Peters' books.
Judging from the publishing dates, it doesn't look like he's doing a lot now. Whether he's retired or died, I have no idea.

Ivo has died bout 10 years back from what I've read. Thanks to Peters work we have supurb memories of this lost line. Also with the western region closing the S&DJR would you guys think that the jewelery line closure was a revenge act by the L&M as the S&D was one of its predecessors prized lines and the jewelery being a huge part of the GWR it would have wanted to counter attack?

There was an awful lot of politics between the regions, owing to the Western Region heirachy being basically the old GWR men, the Southern was the old SR men, etc etc.
I've always considered the S&D to be a Southern route (the SDJR was LSW and Midland), and it's closure was an act of vandalism by the Western Region management who were still abiding by the old mantra that "there's only 2 ways to do something: the GWR way and the wrong way". And then there's the singling of the LSW exeter line. Whoever sanctioned that & the S&D closure should face criminal charges IMO. The southern didn't get so many ex-GW routes with which to exact "revenge" (look at the state of the "witherd arm!), but the DNS was closed, and the old GW route from Dorchester to Weymouth now has a 3rd rail to bring it kicking and screaming into the 20th century... One of the first things the Southern Region did upon getting control of that line was get rid of the GW lower quadrant signals and replaced them with SR patter UQ signals.
None of which has anything to do with Ivo Peters. As far as S&D pictures go, Peters was the man.
